Tasting notes
Wine of a mineral and fine structure with notes of hazelnut. The wine is powerful and balanced on the palate, pleasant by its great distinction and its volume.
Food and wine pairings
Ideal with braised calf sweetbread, fish cooked in sauce with cream or scallops with a sauce.

"Made from younger vines in the Garenne side of the vineyard. Lemon and lime, much more tension here, significant intensity at the back of the palate, a touch more weight than Champgains, though apparently no more alcohol, with very good precision behind."
