Tasting notes
A wine that develops a complex and full-bodied aromatic range with notes of toasted bread and honey. This is coupled with a beautiful delicacy due to its location on the hillside. This racy wine is pure and straight, and carries a good ageing potential.
Food and wine pairings
Ideal with fatted chicken in cream sauce and Epoisse cheese.

"Pale lemon colour. Fresh fruit, almost a greengage touch here. Mostly from the lower part of the vineyard. Very good tension, delivers a wealth of fruit, with a sunny energy that impresses. A little ripe citrus right at the back."

"This nose starting even more compact but there’s also a subtle white flower perfume. Some gas but there’s obviously much more energy here too the texture becoming finer as the gas fades. Really fine dimension of middle and finishing flavour – gorgeous flavour. "
