Terroir
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay have always grown on the territory of Chassagne-Montrachet. The deeper but stony soils are suitable for Pinot Noir, with the famous "Royat Cordon" pruning . Cuvée vinified from our own vines (Dessous les Mues) and from the purchase of grapes (vine plant from Saint Aubin, Voillenots, Goujonne).
