Tasting notes
A wine of good balance, aromatic, with almond, cinnamon and spicy notes. It is finely structured, a safe bet in the wine market today.
Food and wine pairings
Ideal with white meat and goat cheese.

"A pretty nose blends together floral, pear and lemon rind scents. There is fine energy and very solid precision to the citrusy middle weight flavors that are trimmed in a discreet touch of wood on the persistent finish that offers only average depth. I do like the mineral character as well as the fine balance."
