Tasting notes
A wine of good balance, aromatic, with almond, cinnamon and spicy notes. It is finely structured, a safe bet in the wine market today.
Food and wine pairings
Ideal with white meat and goat cheese.
Reviews
A pretty nose blends together floral, pear and lemon rind scents. There is fine energy and very solid precision to the citrusy middle weight flavors that are trimmed in a discreet touch of wood on the persistent finish that offers only average depth. I do like the mineral character as well as the fine balance."
