Any vineyard from the Côte de Beaune can be used to produce this AOC except the ones of Volnay, Pommard and Aloxe-Corton. We also regularly buy grapes in Pernand-Vergelesses, Monthélie, Auxey-Duresses, St-Aubin, Santenay, Les Maranges and Chorey-Les-Beaune

Tasting notes
Nose of red fruits, delicately spiced. A straightforward and pleasant wine.

Ideal with grilled meats, but also cheeses such as le Munster, l'Epoisses or mild cheeses as le Reblochon or le Brie de Meaux.
