Terroir
Planted on limestone and clayey soils but facing South-East, the vineyard area from Monthelie is different according to its location either against Volnay or against Auxey-Duresses. We regularly combine the "climats" from Clos Gautey,Vignes Rondes, Sur la Velle and Champs Fulliots in our cuvee.
