Tasting notes
A mix of white flowers and honey, combined with lemon grass because of a limestone soil. In its youth, the wine is tonic and ripe on the palate with a well balanced liveliness. And after a few years we find aromas of hazelnut and violets.
Food and wine pairings
Ideal with mussels cooked with cream, freshwater fishes served with a sauce "au beurre blanc" and goat cheese.
