Tasting notes
A gourmet, pleasant and charming wine. A silky length and aromas of fresh apricots mixed with a minerality that echoes the stony ground of the vine.
Food and wine pairings
A wine that could be nicely associated with a fresh goat's cheese
Reviews
A pale lemon yellow colour. There is class and tension here. Racked with lots of lees and those from the new wood have given some extra weight but a bit too much vanilla. There is plenty here but needs to refine during the rest of its elevage. Exceptional persistence.
